Cadbury Schweppes

Cadbury Schweppes wanted to standardize its different SAP systems worldwide into three regional SAP systems, but the integration proved to be difficult. Capgemini helped Cadbury Schweppes set up a global IT architecture function by taking a ‘Service-Oriented Approach’ (SOA).

Matalan’s desktop environment was no longer robust enough to meet the needs of the growing business. Working with Capgemini, Matalan was able to transform its desktop architecture to a new standardized environment, which lowered total cost of ownership

Welsh Assembly Government

The UK Government decided in 2005 to implement the agricultural reform agreed by the Farm Ministers at the European Union. As a part of this reform program, Capgemini helped the Welsh Assembly Government to achieve on-time delivery of payments to the farmers.
