Why did you apply to Capgemini?

Capgemini is a well respected organisation both in terms of the services they offer to their clients and as an employer. I wanted to work for an company that would utilise my existing skills and knowledge whilst also providing me with the opportunity to develop them further.

What is your favourite aspect about Capgemini?

The commitment that Capgemini has to ensure that, as a graduate, I get the most out of the programme as is possible.

Why would you recommend Capgemini as a graduate employer?

Capgemini offers you endless opportunities for development. However, you are strongly encouraged to manage your own career. In addition Capgemini is clearly committed to promoting equality of opportunity throughout the organisation. The links that Capgemini have with the wider community does mean that there are opportunities where you can give something to a worthy cause, which needn’t be financial, from which you can gain a great deal of personal satisfaction whilst having fun!

What is the best thing you have learned during your time at Capgemini?

The importance of collaboration, not being afraid to ask for help and that there are opportunities for development available if you want them.

What is the best part about your graduate scheme?

The variation of the role. Undoubtedly, the programme provides an invaluable opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and gain a wide variety of experience, all of which will extremely relevant in my future carer. The Capgemini working environment is one which is extremely supportive and does facilitate your development.
