Why Join the Core CDC Track?
The Core track within the CDC programme is for candidates who want to experience a broad range of exposure to sectors and consulting areas before making up their mind as to where they want to specialise.
During the programme, you will be trained in the skills that are required to make you a world class consultant in any organisational context and, most importantly, you will have the opportunity to use these skills on a number of interesting client engagements. You will be involved in different parts of the consulting business, internal operations as well as sales efforts to a range of clients.
This exposure, experience and the network of contacts gained along the way will help you to decide which area within Capgemini Consulting you wish to enter at the end of the programme.
