As one of our Finance Transformation graduates, you’ll gain experience in applying various finance transformation methodologies, tools and techniques to a broad range of sectors and industries while working alongside our team of experts. You will develop a broad range of consulting skills and an understanding of modern business practice from working within the finance team but also by adding your financial expertise to wider consulting projects with the other Capgemini teams.
We’ll also help you study towards a Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) qualification by providing you with suitable funding and study leave which will provide a fantastic grounding and Finance expertise alongside a really solid core consulting skill set .This mix of experience will enable you to deliver real value to our clients and provide huge benefit to you in your future career.
It’s likely that you’ll gain experience in different countries too; recent projects have taken us everywhere from Los Angeles to Australia, Brussels to New York.
