Operational Research
Our operational research consultants use mathematical modelling and analytical techniques to find solutions to our clients’ business problems.
Projects tend to be short and sharp, lasting on average between six and ten weeks. As such, you’ll gain insight into lots of different kinds of problems and a wide range of private and public sector clients.
The role calls for a combination of modelling and consulting skills. As well as developing new and innovative ways of delivering value, you’ll become expert at building relationships with clients and presenting complex issues in an easily understandable way.
Operational research is a growing area for us, and we are increasingly involved in projects across Europe as well as in the UK.
