Strategy and Transformation
The Strategy & Transformation practice at Capgemini works to create implementable strategies for its clients, which can be clearly translated from strategy through to delivery of complex transformation programmes, in order to realise the strategic vision.
As members of the team you could work anywhere along the strategy to transformation spectrum:
- Defining the strategic vision – where do we want to be?
- Design of clients’ business processes, operating model, organisation structure as well as cultural assessments of client organisations – how do we need be set up and organised to achieve this vision?
- Planning the transformation programme – how are we going to change?
- Coaching and preparing the organisation leadership to direct the transformation programme – how can we lead this change?
- Implementing the programme and ensuring the sustainability of the transformation – changing and ensuring the benefits are tracked and realised.
You’ll be in a unique position to be exposed to a huge range of client issues and experiences, which will require you to be able to quickly adapt to skillfully combine a variety of skills and expertise to meet these challenges. This is because we address client issues that affect the whole enterprise. So the projects we work on touch every aspect of our clients’ operations; in the Boardroom, across management and on the “shop-floor”
Recent examples of work carried out in S&T include a three-month project with a global confectionary company to assess the potential offered by emerging African markets, a large, top-secret government programme involving the design of business processes, as well as a business change programme set up for a high-profile UK Charity.
