A number of unique and exciting opportunities are currently available within our 2010 Outsourcing (OS) Graduate Academy. The OS Graduate Academy will provide you with a structured training and development program in which you will learn and apply a wide range of technical and general management skills. What you will need
- CCC at A level or equivalent (excluding General Studies). Please note that ABB is required for the Graduate Project Manager role
- Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent in any discipline. Please note that for the Commercial Finance Graduate role you will need a degree relevant to either; Finance, Law or Business Development (ideally a joint honours in Law & Accounting). For the Marketing Graduate you will need a degree relevant to Marketing.
- Excellent communication, innovation and collaboration skills.
